The Deets

I mainly sell natural gemstone beads. All the beads I sell are overstock from my own personal collection. I usually have more of an item so feel free to message me if you are looking for a larger quantity than listed.

Shipping

All items are shipped within 48 hours after receiving payment (please note that I do not ship on the weekend). I ship everything first class. If you are located in the U.K., you will usually receive your item the next day after shipment. If you are located outside the U.K., it normally takes up to 7 days. I will send an email once I ship the item/s so that you are aware when to expect delivery.

Refund

I will offer a refund up to 14 days after you receive your item. I try my best to take photographs that are an exact replication of the product and color - which sometimes is no easy task. I understand if you receive an item and find out it is a slightly different shade than what you were looking for. It happens and there are many factors which contribute to this. I will always do my best to prevent this from happening, but if you are not fully satisfied then please ship the item back for a refund of the product price.
