Please allow up to three days for most headpieces to be made. I ship first class domestic (2-5 days) and first class international (10-20 days) unless you have inquired otherwise. Also please allow up to 5 days for any print orders to be shipped.

Please - NO returns or refunds. Items may be exchanged if they are ill fitted or were damaged in transit. All damaged pieces must be returned to me to replace your item. Thanks so much for understanding.
