Welcome!! Thank you for visiting my Etsy shop! I have been passionate about designing jewelry since 2002, and I am very excited to make Etsy my new home.

Payment

Paypal is preferred, but I will also accept money orders. Let me know if your payment is coming via snail mail. I need to have it within 5 business days. Paypal buyers, PLEASE PAY WHEN YOU CHECK OUT THROUGH ETSY. Overseas buyers must pay with Paypal in US dollars.

GEORGIA RESIDENTS WILL BE CHARGED 6% SALES TAX

Shipping

I generally ship within 48 hours of payment.

**NOTE** PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOUR MAILING ADDRESS ON FILE WITH ETSY IS CURRENT. This is the address I will use to ship your item. Please contact me if you need your item shipped elsewhere.

Shipping a gift? Let me know. I am happy to include a gift card with your message.

Shipping within the US and Canada is $3.50 for the 1st item and $.50 each additional item. (Supply and destash items may be less because of lower packaging costs.) International buyers, please note that I ship via 1st class International which can take anywhere from 6 days to a month depending on delays in Customs. Shipping to Europe is by 1st class International at a flate rate of $4.00 for the first item, $1.00 each additional items. International buyers are responsible for any applicable customs/duty fees.

Shipping expenses for larger and wholesale orders are determined on case by case basis.

Refunds and Exchanges

I want everyone who purchases my work to enjoy it as much as I enjoy creating it. So if for any reason you are not happy with a purchase, please contact me so we can discuss a return. I will accept returns within 14 days of the ship date if merchandise is returned undamaged in original box. Sorry, I do not refund shipping charges.

Additional Policies and FAQs

I am always open to requests and minor changes incur no extra fees. However, if it is a substantial change, for example, if I have to restring a necklace, I do charge a little extra for the added work and supplies that may be required.
