Do you accept offers on your items?
Yes we do! We definitely entertain offers on our items so don't hesitate to convo us and ask!
How long will it take to get my item on its way to my home?
Each item has a shipping time frame posted within its listing. We do everything in our power to get your item out of our doors and on it's way to you on time.
Sometimes large furniture items may take additional time to ensure proper packaging so it arrives safely. We will notify you if additional time is needed. If you are working on a deadline, feel free to send a convo to inquire the shipping time frame.
Do you deliver?
Yes, Local delivery (within 15 miles) for a fee is possible. As always, pickup here in Baltimore is FREE!
Do you offer refunds, exchanges or cancellations?
Vintage items are described as accurately as possible & to the best of our ability. Used/vintage/antique items are sold AS IS. Returns, refunds & order cancellations are not accepted.
We pick treasures that we’d proudly display in our own home. Due to their age, they will have signs of light wear/use consistent with age. It is impossible to be an expert in every field. We do all we can to bring any imperfections to light. Photos are considered part of the description so please review all pictures.
In the rare instance a cancellation is needed, a restock fee of 20% will be deducted from purchase price.
