Custom and personalized orders
For custom orders 50% of purchase price due when placing order; remainder is due at time of shipment. All custom orders will be
approved from photographs sent to buyer prior to shipment. Shipping date to be determined by this process :)

I will accept a down payment & then work with you to complete the purchase within an agreed upon time frame -Just Convo me:)

For custom orders a 50% deposit is required upon
ordering with balance paid at time of shipment.
Does the shop offer a lay-a-way plan?
Yes...for items more than $50, payments may be divided.
This includes purchase of several items that total over $50.
Just contact me to arrange a payment plan :) An immediate
deposit is required with any payment plan however. Shipment
will follow your final payment :)
Care instructions
Any shipping damage must be reported upon receipt to seller.
Damage must be reported within 3 days of receiving the shipment (verified by tracking number).
Photos of the damaged packaging and item must be included to attest to the damage. Almost all items are insured and this information will be required in order to make a claim with the shipper in a timely manner.
Everyone puts their trust in shippers to deliver items
undamaged but once in a while things happen and must
be dealt with together (buyer and seller). Thanks!
