AZUREKNITS' Shop Policies
Welcome
All products are made with yarn (so far, unless I start selling artwork), hand-knitted by Azure. I also take commissions, so please contact me at any time!
Payment
Mainly Paypal, but if you prefer other options such as direct deposit or personal checks, or if you know me in person pay cash :P, please contact me.
If you reside in areas that are non-US$, there are some additional fees (usually no more than $1.50)for currency exchange over Paypal. If you live outside but have a US$ payable account, no additional charges.
Shipping
My basic shipping will be USPS First Class Mail, but please keep in mind that if you chose this for overseas shipping, you will not have a tracking number. I would be able to get a Certificate of shipping (proof) for additional $1, but that would be all I could do; unfortunately I cannot be responsible for the shipping getting lost in the mail.
The shipping fee includes this Certificate of shipping (proof for International shipping) or Delivery Confirmation (tracking number for domestic First Class Mail). If you do not want the service, please tell me before you pay, so I can -$1 for you.
If you prefer priority or express, please contact me, and I will gladly calculate and send you the total amount charged.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you have any concerns when you received your item, please contact me within seven days from receiving. Unfortunately I will not be able to accept exchanges (simply because I usually only have one of each item), and will not be able to refund you if have used or worn the item.
Upon receipt of the returned item, I will refund you.
Since the products are made of yarn and are very delicate, I cannot be responsible if you have washed and shrunken them.
As for the patterns, the item sold is a data file and is unable to be returned, once the item (file) is sent to you via email, i will not be able to give you refund.
Also, for the pattern listings I have clearly written that the item is a pattern and not the finished item. If the pattern was bought due to not reading the listing carefully, I cannot give you a refund.

Depending on the stitch, some items could be prone to rolling up on the edges, especially after being washed. This is perfectly normal, so please do not worry. I will give you tips to make it go flat again ;)
