Frequently asked questions
How long does it take to receive my order?
• Your first proof is sent via Etsy convos within 1-2 business days of placing an order.
>>Please note that we do not send proofs of single cards unless requested.
• All additional revisions are made within 24 hours. (excluding weekends)
**Please check shop announcement for any delays on these times.
• Orders ship within 2 business days of your final approval.
• Standard shipping takes up to 10 business days, usually less. **There are many factors that may delay shipping such as large mail volumes, weather, holidays, postal strikes, etc.
Rush shipping (3-business day or 5-business day) is available on all items!
How does ordering a digital file work?
Choose "Digital File Only" if you'd like to print the invitation yourself.
• Include your event info in the in the "note to seller" box at checkout.
• One of our designers will create a proof and send it to you for review.
• At this point, you can request any revisions you may need.
• Upon approval, we'll email your invitation to you in JPEG + PDF format. You are free to use the digital files as they are or have them printed anywhere you'd like.
A note on emails
We do NOT respond to emails as they often go to junk mail, which is automatically deleted. We only look for your email if you let us know via Etsy convos you're sending over an Excel sheet or images to create your order.

Why do you personalize the invitation instead of offering an editable PDF?
Editable PDFs are extremely limited as to what you can actually edit.
With editable PDFs, you CANNOT:
• Change the background color
• Change the font colors
• Add/remove graphic elements
• Access certain fonts in the design
• Maintain letter spacing / font placement
• Move text + graphics
We offer this service to ensure you can have the stationery of your dreams without compromise or hassle!
Our professional designers are well versed in using Photoshop and our templates. What could take hours to achieve on an editable PDF takes us minutes in Photoshop, therefore delivering a perfectly personalized file faster!
Printing/Production Disclaimer
FAUX FOIL & GLITTER:
• We do NOT use real foil/glitter unless stated otherwise. We use high quality graphics that are designed to be printed to resemble foil.
PROOFING:
• No invites, stickers, postcards, menus or stamps will be printed until you have approved your proof.
**After we send your proof, we will follow up 1-2 times for approval. If we do not hear back, you will be given a deadline to respond. If you do not respond, your order may be printed without approval.
• We are not responsible for any errors after you've approved the design and it's sent to print.
COLOR VARIATION:
• Please note some difference in color may occur from monitor to monitor.
Gift Packaging + Notes
We do not offer personalized notes, messages or gift wrap to orders. We move through orders quickly to get them shipped out to you as soon as possible.
Cancelling Orders after proof has been created
If you need to cancel the printing process of your order, a $5 charge will be deducted from your refund. We spend time creating proofs :)
