Adoring Vintage specializes in one-of-a-kind handmade decor items for the home, using mostly vintage or antique material from Europe (and I love custom orders so please do not hesitate to convo me!), and exquisite vintage jewellery, most of which is signed and in excellent condition. If you have any questions regarding my policies I am here to answer them and be of assistance!

I use international Swiss Priority Airmail (about 4-8 business days) to ensure your package arrives safely and as promptly as possible. All items will be carefully wrapped and bubble-packed so that they arrive to you safely and in good condition. Shipping costs from Switzerland are based on gram, and I make an estimate based on their chart and what the packaged item might weigh; if the actual shipping cost ends up being a little less than indicated please kindly consider the difference as covering the cost of stuffed envelop, bubble bag, wrapping paper, etc.
Please do note I ship only to confirmed paypal addresses.
PLEASE NOTE: I will use a bubble enveloppe as opposed to a box: shipping costs from Switzerland can be quite high, and using a box starts at a minimum of USD20.00, even if the package is light! I feel you are paying for my item, not a box!
If you wish Swiss Economy Airmail (about 11-15 business days), which costs somewhat less, please let me know in advance.
If you wish your package to be registered (similar to confirmed delivery, not the same as insured) please let me know in advance as the cost can be quite high. This is the only shipping method for which delivery is confirmed; for all other shipping methods I have no control once the package leaves my hands so, sadly, cannot answer for it; however please know that the Swiss postal system is excellent and quite efficient, and packages do not usually get lost.
For all items I ship within two business days of receiving payment. If, for some reason, there is a delay in shipment (holiday, travelling, etc.) I will let you know promptly. I will notify you when your order has been shipped.
Refunds and Exchanges
I want you to be happy with your purchase and will do my utmost to make that happen. However if that is not the case please notify me as soon as you receive the package and let me know if I can do anything to make it right. You may return the item within five business days of receiving it but the shipping cost will be for your account. As soon as I receive the item in the same condition in which it was sent I will reimbruse your payment promptly.

Adoring Vintage may refuse to sell to some countries where there is high probability of package loss.
