Orders placed between Monday, January 22, 2024, and Sunday, February 4th, 2024 - will begin shipping after February 7th. We are taking a brief holiday and allowing our hardworking employees a little time off after the holidays. We will still be taking orders, and orders will be fulfilled based on in the order in which they were received.*** We also experienced a loss in our family and had to travel out of state to my sister's funeral. She passed unexpectedly. I will really miss my sister.

While we are a 5-star seller on Etsy, we understand that things can happen. However, we would appreciate you allowing us to address any concerns about an order before leaving feedback.
You must double-check your order before placing it with us...for instance, all our straps are custom-made - the strap length is measured from the end of the hardware to the other end (from end to end). Please use a tape measure to measure your desired length before ordering.
Our first concern is that you are happy with what you have purchased. We strive to make well-made products, and we will be happy to work with you to make your experience with us a pleasant experience. We strive to keep customers happy and coming back. We understand things can happen now and then, and if we have made an error, please contact us immediately.
