Brass and wirework jewellery care:
Store necklaces hanging or in a compartmented jewellery box to avoid tangling and breakage.
Pieces are not designed for swimming or bathing, to prolong the life and finish of your piece please remove before going for a dip.
You can maintain the shine of your pieces by purchasing an inexpensive silver polishing cloth (a must for any jewellery lover) and gently polish the metal areas of your jewellery.
Bindi care:
Your beautiful bindi is designed to be reusable for many years of enjoyment. Store your bindi in a little baggie or matchbox. If your bindi ever over-bends and splits in an area, simply open the split gently, add a tiny drop of super glue, then allow it to dry face-up on a flat surface.

Lead time:
For special events like weddings, formals etc please allow as much time as you can, ideally 2 to 3 months, to allow for back and forth emails in the design phase, any time needed to source specific materials etc.
General custom requests have a turnaround time of about 3 weeks approximately, again depending on the design phase and availability of materials.
Deposit:
A 20% deposit is required on commencement of all custom orders, and this of course goes towards the final cost of your order. Should you decide to cancel your order half way through this deposit will be withheld to cover my time and expenses spent during the design phase.

All measurements are in metric, and are generally stated in the listings.
Cord necklaces are fully adjustable with sliding knots, if you'd like a clasp or loose cord ends to knot yourself just let me know.
Chain lengths are mostly changeable too, just pop me a message in your order.

All pieces are beautifully packaged and gift wrapped free of charge.
Lovely rich layers of materials in colours co-ordinating with your purchase, consisting of any of the following:
handmade cardstock boxes
soft tissue paper and protective bubble wrap
hand dyed paper ribbons
golden silky cord
hand cut paper feathers and leaves
and a golden monogrammed seal

Occasionally I'll use natural elements found in my local landscape but only for domestic purchases, as these items generally can't be sent overseas.
