All 8.3"x11.7" (A4) Dictionary prints, are shipped flat, sealed in a clear, bio-degradable protective sleeve, "sandwiched" between 2 thick cardboard pieces and placed inside a heavy-duty envelope, with clear "DO NOT BEND" red markings on front & back. Larger size prints, on special papers, are shipped gently rolled & protected inside a sturdy, 15"x2.5" large, document mailing tube.

This way of packing is tested and proven in 99% of all cases to be totally safe. However, taking into consideration that NO kind of packaging can be safe in the hands of a hurried postman determined to "squeeze" a large envelope through any slit or mailbox, it is only fair that I cannot be held responsible for such grave mishandling.

Perhaps, once you order and if your mailbox isn't large enough, (especially for the larger prints that are shipped in 2.5x15" hard document tubes), giving your postman a heads-up in advance to deliver to your door, might be a good idea...

Nevertheless, If your print has been damaged in shipment, please CONTACT ME, with photographic proof, and I shall work with you to remedy the situation. :)

All shipments are posted from Athens - Greece via International 1st Class Priority Airmail, usually within 3 Business days from receipt of order. I have found this to be the fastest, safest and most affordable way and it is not subject to any Customs delay. In the European Union, Tracking Numbers are issued ONLY for Registered (i.e. Signed Receipt) Post, which costs a flat USD 6.00 extra and, if desired, can be selected as an option during check-out or purchased separately & added to your cart here:

However, bear in mind that a "Registered" package might take a bit longer to deliver, as it goes through additional processing stages. Also that you will be required to be present at the time of the attempted delivery to sign for it, else to look for the Note the postman will leave and, with it, pick it up in person from your local Post Office...

If you prefer a different shipping method please contact me prior to purchasing but be advised that the cost with International Carriers such as UPS or Fed-Ex can be considerably higher...

☛ APPROXIMATE DELIVERY TIMES (see IMPORTANT Covid-19 below):

For the European Union & some other European countries:
Normally range from 4 to 12 BUSINESS days.

For the USA & the rest of the World:
Normally range from 7 to 16 BUSINESS days.

In most cases, delivery times are either within or even shorter than the above ranges. However, during Holiday periods, bad weather spells as well as to certain remote places of Canada, Australia, Asia & Africa, it may take longer.

IMPORTANT Covid-19: There are Serious delays All over the world! There are VERY few commercial flights happening and there is a great Increase of people ordering things inside due to the quarantine and the various preventive measures taken all over the world. USPS is VERY slow this time around as are most other European and Global postal offices resulting in delays of up to a month and a half!

☛ NON-DELIVERIES OR STOLEN MAIL:

As appreciated, once shipped, I have no control whatsoever on my packages as they undergo a myriad stages of handling, prior to being delivered to your mailbox.

And fortunately, in 99.5 % of all cases there's no problem at all.

However, in the rarest occasion that your item(s) are not received after 30 FULL DAYS
from shipment date, they can be safely assumed as "Lost in the Mail" and I shall then replace them FREE OF CHARGE, although this time ONLY by REGISTERED POST with TRACKING NUMBER, the flat cost of which (USD 6.00) must be borne by the customer.

☛ IMPORTANT NOTES:

Prior to ordering, please read the listing's description carefully, in order to acquaint
yourself with specifics such as available print sizes, prices, special offers etc.

All posters are shipped WITHOUT THE FRAMES that might appear in some listing photos and unfortunately I DO NOT offer a framing service, as the shipping cost and the risk of damage during transit from Athens would be prohibitive for my clients. In the US, places such as IKEA, WalMart, Amazon & others carry a large variety of inexpensive frames that would fit all of the print sizes offered in my shop.

Copy protection watermarks on some of the listing photos DO NOT APPEAR on the final printed product you will receive.

Please bear in mind, that occasionally you may notice a very slight chromatic variation between the final printed product and the photos on your PC screen. This is entirely due to the different calibration settings of your monitor, as no two monitors are ever calibrated exactly the same. Also to be taken into consideration is the fact that the overall vibrance of colors, differs slightly between a printed image and one seen, back-illuminated, on a PC monitor or a laptop/pad/smartphone screen!

Copyright DOES NOT pass on to the buyer upon purchase, as all images are my own designs and I retain the sole right of reproduction. On a few designs that are loosely inspired by (or interpreted from) certain copyrighted characters, the Character copyright is held by the original owner.

CUSTOM ORDERS are welcome, as most images (on a per listing basis) can be customized with your personal requirements wherever possible.
