PREPERATION BEFORE SHIPPING
Our items are made-to-order. It usually takes 3-5 business days to prepare and ship the order. The exact preparation time is stated in each item’s specifications.
SHIPPING
All orders are shipped as priority registered mail using the Hellenic Post in collaboration with each country’s public postal service (ex. USPS, Royal Mail, Australia Post, etc.). Each order has a tracking number, which we send to the buyer after shipping.
The standard shipping times are as follows:
a) European countries: 5-7 business days.
b) Countries outside Europe, such as USA, Canada, Australia: 8-12 business days.
NOTES
• All orders are sent using the address provided in the Etsy order. If otherwise, please inform us and we’ll be happy to send your selected item anywhere in the world.
• The shipping time may be affected by factors outside our control, such as time of the year, severe weather and other disruptions. Possible customs clearance procedures can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
• We are not responsible for any applicable duty or value added taxes (VAT) charged to you by your country. The recipient will be responsible to pay the duty or VAT upon delivery.
PACKAGING
We pack our items carefully; therefore we have never experienced any problems with lost or damaged deliveries. In case you are concerned about any accidents while your order is delivered, please purchase insurance. We are not responsible for any damages or losses due to shipping.
