Welcome to Jewelry by Anais! Each item is hand crafted, cleansed with sage and charged on a Selenite log. At the customers request I will program each item with a tuning fork for specific purposes( prosperity, prosperity, healing, love etc.).
I take personal request for gemstones and take into consideration allergies one may have to types of wire. Therefore please feel free to contact me with your requests. Thank you for coming to my shop, I value your business and hope to see you again!

I ship all items through USPS, the price of the delivery confirmation (US & CANADA only) is included in the shipping cost. If you need an item sent to you faster please contact me and we can discuss other shipping options.
All items will be shipped within two to three days of purchase, no later. I will contact you when your item ships and provide you with any information you may need. If you would like insurance for your item please contact me and we can discuss further.
If, for any reason there are issues with shipping (weather etc) I will inform you and try my best to get your purchase to you quickly.
Refunds and Exchanges
In general I will not take refunds or exchanges on my merchandise. I'm very passionate about what I do and create each item with love and respect. I will provide the best service I can and hope that my customers will understand and respect this. Due to health code concerns earrings can not be returned.
I portray my merchandise the best I can with the photographs and descriptions. But please do realize there may be a slight color difference between the actual product and photo due to individual monitor settings and the lighting of where the image is photographed. I live in a tiny NYC apartment with few windows, so I try my best to take accurate photographs!
*** In the event that there is a problem (missing/damaged/lost goods) I will gladly work with you to find a solution. In this case please feel free to contact me asap (preferably within 48 hours of receiving product) so we can come up with a solution. I want to provide my customers with excellent service and will gladly work with you to fix any problems. ***
