Welcome to AngelBeez Sassy Stitching!

Angelbeez hats are crocheted or knit in a variety of styles and colors. There is a unique touch to each creation- embellishments such as buttons, bows, crocheted flowers, handspun yarns, feathers, and ribbons. If you have an idea for something you don't see listed, contact me and we can create it!

I welcomed my own little Angelbeez hat model in March and he keeps my hands busy these days! Those of you who know Angelbeez will see that most of the items in my shop are now 'ready to ship' instead of custom orders. I am still taking custom orders, but limiting myself to only a few at a time to ensure that your purchases get to you in a timely fashion.

I ship or start an order once your payment has been verified. My current approximate shipping time on custom orders is about 2 weeks; 2-3 days for ready to ship items.

Hi! I'm Jaclyn, creator of AngelBeez Sassy Stitching. I started crocheting and knitting a few years ago and haven't been able to stop! Knitting and crocheting started out as a creative outlet, but soon everyone wanted me to make them one of my 'signature' hats. Eventually, I made a couple of baby hats for friends and family, and AngelBeez was born!

I enjoy making every single hat and I love adding new yarns and embellishments to my collection. I have a serious yarn addiction and I am running out of space to store all of it! My wonderful husband and mother help me run Angelbeez occasionally by picking up some of the slack. Hubby runs 'shipping and logistics' and Mom crochets when I get backed up with orders.

Payment

AngelBeez accepts credit cards and Paypal only. I won't start working on your order until your payment has been verified and completed through Paypal.

Shipping

Most orders are custom made with the exception of the occasional 'Ready to Ship' item. I start an order once your payment has been verified. Approximate shipping time on custom orders is 2-3 weeks (especially during busy winter and holiday seasons) but contact me if you need your item sooner.

Orders are usually shipped via USPS 1st Class mail. The price you pay for shipping covers shipping materials as well as postage.

If you need your order sooner, I can send it to you via FedEx, but you will pay the difference in cost.

Orders are shipped to the address on the Etsy receipt and not the address on the Paypal receipt if there is a discrepancy between the two.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you receive your item and it doesn't fit, items still in new condition can be exchanged for a different item of equal value. If you need to make an exchange please email or contact me with details and I will let you know how to proceed.

Buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping items back to AngelBeez for an exchange.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Please supervise children under the age of 5 while they are wearing embellished AngelBeez products. This includes long braids, beads, buttons, charms, rhinestones and feathers. All small parts are a choking hazard for anyone under the age of 5. Do not allow children to play with such embellishments or let them place any of these in their mouths. Hats with such embellishments are made to be worn as accessories and photo props only and should be supervised at all times while wearing them. AngelBeez and Jaclyn do not accept responsibility for any misuse of the products sold in association with this shop.
