Custom and personalized orders
Custom orders are non-refundable unless the item is damaged during shipping.
What if an item is lost in the mail?
An item sent within the United States is considered 'lost' after 30 days. International packages are considered 'lost' after 45 days from the shipping date on the package. If your item is lost based on the time period above, I will provide a full refund of the item, including shipping.
What if an item is damaged in shipping?
Damage to items is rare as I package my products very carefully; however, if your item does arrive damaged, please contact me immediately. Please take photos of the item and the package and note if there is any exterior damage to the packaging. Regarding the item itself, I will either remake the item and send it at my expense, or you will receive a full refund for both the item and shipping.
