** ** Since I live between 2 countries (NJ, USA and Portugal) , I will ship according to my geographical location for the convience of your item arriving to you faster and safer. International may take a long time to receive, so domestic may be used as shipping method if I am due to be in NJ soon and vice versa. Insurance is not available and I cannot be responsible for items lost in the mail. Items are shipped first class mail or the most economical way possible. Contact me if you need upgraded shipping, it is possible with extra fess. Typically, shipping takes from 2 days (NJ to NJ, NY, PA, MA) and shipping from Portugal, up to 3 weeks (and perhaps longer) from time of shipping to reach you. International items are shipped as 'gifts'. Please convo me for more details.

Please contact me with custom requests. Just because I don't have a listing for it doesn't mean I don't do it :) ALL CUSTOM ORDERS are given close attention to details and I keep in close contact to keep you aware of where I am in the process. Details are discussed and photos during the process may be sent to you.

Once we agree to move forward a deposit for half is due to begin. You will be given ideas and may or may not be given a sketch before I begin. EVERYTHING I need from you must be given and all I will do for you must be approved. Please have as much detail and all your questions before any work starts. Quantity and colors, etc... everything involved in the composition of your item(s) will be discussed and agreed before work. Once I say I will begin and you have paid the deposit ANY changes may incur extra fees up to including being considered a new order. Time and fees may change if the original order is changed in ANY way. Please know what you want and give me artistic license to produce your items. There are many exacmples I can give you for you to have a good idea of your end result. Any and all questions regarding custom can be sent to me in a message. No work will begin without a deposit. PLEASE ALLOW AMPLE TIME FOR CUSTOM REQUESTS. My items are not done in 1 day. Shipping is also a consideration. Full payment is due after approval of the design before work begins.



Also, due to my current lifestyle, I cannot be consistant with all my products down the road. I am sometimes limited to my supplies in Portugal (IE My Soap and clothing) So what you see in my shop I have, and will ship, but I cannot say I can relist an item for sure. Thank you :)
