Product InformationWhat are Circles of Inspiration charms made from?
Anna Pereira hand paints every one individually. Paper is affixed to a common washer, painted and sealed in a two part epoxy resin.
Are they waterproof?
I would recommend removing before bathing, swimming, showering, however they are water resistant.
The glossy sealing on the washer, what is that?
The sealer I use is a two part epoxy resin. It is the same resin that is used on bar tops, or wood tables. It is high gloss, domed in appearance and resistant to abrasion with normal use and care.
How do I care for my charm necklace?
You can use a polishing cloth for silver and metals, you can give it a wipe with a damp cloth on the metal areas, and the circle can be buffed with a clean soft cloth. You should avoid spraying perfume or any alcohol or oil based products on the charm. If you happen to get some on it, wipe off immediately.
What types of metal are used?
Argentium® sterling silver is used to create the hand wire wrapped parts, Argentium® sterling silver and sterling silver is used to make up the rest of the necklace. The washer is made from steel. If you are allergic to metals or can only wear gold, silver, etc., it is advised you do not wear one on the skin.
What is Argentium® Sterling Silver?
This silver is .930 pure. Sterling silver is .925. The key quality is it resists tarnish much better than sterling silver.
What are the other components that are used on the Super Charm necklaces?
Only the best quality components are used. With the time it takes to make a charm or necklace, rest assured, only the best materials go into the making of a Circles of Inspiration Charm or Super Charm necklace, like; Genuine freshwater pearls, Swarovski® crystals and sterling silver charms. Nothing less than top quality goes into making each and every necklace. Oh! And lots of love.

After you place your order, we ship in 2 – 3 business days. You can choose, parcel, priority or express shipping via U S Postal service. Tracking numbers will be emailed to you once your order ships.
If for any reason we cannot fill your order in this time, you will be notified and you can decide to keep or cancel your order.

What about your ‘Satisfaction Guaranteed’ policy?
Every Circle of Inspiration charm is handmade by Anna. Each one is carefully painted and assembled. Once you receive your item, if you are not fully satisfied, please return with packaging within 14 calendar days from receiving for a full refund, less shipping. If you want to return after the 14 days, but within 90 days you will receive a shop credit for your purchase price. The credit is valid for 1 year from your original purchase date.
Great care is taken in the manufacturing of your necklace. Soldered jump rings are used as often as possible (so they won’t open up) and only high quality components are used. Under normal use, if your charm breaks within 6 months, you can mail back for repair. This is exclusive of the chain, only the charm (all charms) is covered. If a repair cannot be made we will replace with a similar item. Shipping and handling charges will apply when shipping to us and shipping back to you.
