Thank you so much for taking the time to visit my shop! I love making items to bring a smile on another's face, so I wouldn't be here if it wasn't for you! Personalization and customization is very importatnt to me, so please be sure to contact me for your personal custom order!
Items are only created after a sale is complete and payment is made. Please keep in mind time needs to be allowed for the items to be created and made ready for shipping.
The method of payment accepted is PAYPAL, however if paying with Money Orders and Personal Checks, payment must be received within 7 Business days of Purchase! If not received your sale may be subject to cancellation. Checks and money orders must be cleared prior to shipment, so please allow additional time for your order to process.
Multiple Orders: Discounts are available on multiple orders. Please contact me to discuss. Discounts can't be combined with any other offer
All items are packaged and shipped with care through USPS Priority if within the US. If another carrier is needed, I'd be happy to work that out, so please contact me with a request, and shipping rate then may change based on provider. I will ship all items within 2-3 business days of receiving payment, but during times of busy ordering, please allow up to two weeks for delivery. For multiple or custom orders, please allow up to 5 business days to process before shipped, and up to three weeks for delivery, unless previously discussed.
If you are ordering from a country other then the US please allow 4 weeks for delivery. Unfortunatly, tracking numbers are not available for countries other then the US.
Since all items are safely packaged, insurance is not included, however if you wish to purchase insurance to your package, please contact me before purchase, as we are not responsible for any items that have been damaged during shipment or lost in transit.
Price of shipping includes packing supplies and tracking number/delivery confirmation.
Sales tax will be applied to all TX orders.
Refunds and Exchanges
My purpose for being here is to satisfy you. For orders that are incorrect, refunds or exchanges will be made if contacted within 3 days of receiving shipment. Once the item is shipped back, the refund or exchange will be credited. No refunds will be given on custom orders once payment has been made and production has begun, and item will only be subject to a refund if it was incorrect. Seller is not responsible for items that have been damaged or lost in transit. If buyer purchased insurance, buyer is responsible for contacting mail courier.

For wooden hangers - Very Important
Wood is a unique material with natural variations in grain, texture, and color, and no two trees are the same. Every effort is made to select the nicest hanger, however buyers should take into consideratino that the wood hangers can have small knots or variances in color, but only can add to the beauty of the product.
