Arcadian Cottage provides handmade, rustic style furnishings that offer timeless beauty for any lifestyle. Our original designs are inspired by Yankee style craftsmanship with Old World Flair. Whether your look is modern or traditional, cottage, country or cowboy, our heirloom quality furnishings will add natural warmth and charm to any room.

We specialize in reclaimed wood furniture. Many of our pieces are handcrafted using weathered lumber salvaged from historic barns and buildings from across the United States. They tell stories of times past with natural aging, knots, and nail holes to make an authentic art piece of history, while being environmentally friendly at the same time. We also use non toxic and environmentally friendly milk paint and natural wax finishes. Arcadian Cottage was established by owner, designer and master craftsman, Christopher McGean and his partner, Heather Macdonald. Their designs represent the utmost in quality and will stand the test of time.
