Welcome to Art By Eli! I work hard to make each painting unique and hope to find a special home for each one. I aspire to bring you a professional and enjoyable purchasing experience!
Payment is due upon the creation of a transaction. I accept PayPal; most major credit cards can be used through PayPal. The item will not ship until the payment has been received.
A 5% sales tax is charged if shipping within the state of Virginia.
I ship within the first two business days depending upon business traffic. I am a one woman operation and strive my best to bring you prompt service.
Larger items will ship by UPS Ground; smaller items will ship via the United States Postal Service. I place a delivery confirmation on all my packages. I will only place a signature confirmation on the package if requested by the buyer before the item ships at the buyers expense. Buyers are also responsible for any specific delivery instructions; please notify me upon the creation of the transaction via convo or email. Buyers may also upgrade shipping at their own expense, please notify me and I will send you an invoice for any additional charges.
For International Buyers: Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred
Refunds and Exchanges
If you happen to change your mind before the item ships, you can contact me for a full refund of the item's cost and shipping.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase upon receipt, you may return the item in its original condition within 5 days of receipt for a refund of the item's cost minus a 10% restocking fee to compensate me for my time preparing the order. Shipping will not be included in the refund, nor will I pay for the items return shipping.
If the item is lost during delivery I will refund the purchase price, UNLESS I have received a delivery confirmation from my carrier. If you are in need of special delivery instructions (i.e. "please leave on the screen porch;" or "I require a signature upon delivery"), it is your responsibility to inform me of them before shipment.
If an item is damaged in the mail I will refund the full price including shipping as long as the claim is accepted through the shipping service. If the item was damaged after delivery then the deliverer or I cannot be held responsible. You may contact me as I know not all situations are predictable, I will try to resolve any issues however I must protect my own interests as well.
