Please be aware that any commissions may take up to two weeks to complete and at least three days to ship domestically. Shipping may take longer for international customers depending upon your location. Commissions are on a first-come-first-serve five slot basis. If you wish to commission me please do not delay because my slots fill up quickly.

All purchases come with a bonus of some kind; but what it is will be a surprise!

I will not start work on any commission until it is paid for in full. Payment must be received within 30 business days of order placement. Otherwise I will release the slot to another commission.

I will do my very best to ensure the piece I create for you is exactly as you described it to avoid any need for refunds. I have never had anyone ask for one but if the case ever arises I will refund you only if you send the drawing back to me WITHIN 30 DAYS of completion.

I will not refund you unless the art is returned, because I put a lot of my time and effort in to every piece and it is only fair that I have at least the artwork to show for it. Many artists will only partially refund you for their time; however I believe in refunding in full (Shipping excluded) because if my work is not what you wanted obviously I neglected to pay attention to you, the commissioner. Again, I have never had anyone ask for a refund but if it should ever happen these are my policies.
