I love to create both wall art and functional art for the home. The energy original handmade work brings to a home brings warmth and tells you who lives there. I fill my own home with things that have been made by craftspeople from around the world. I would be pleased and honoured if one of my pieces found a place in your home.
At this time, I accept Paypal only.
If you wish to purchase using a credit card, you may do so via Paypal without having a Paypal account. If you need assistance with this process you can contact Paypal directly.
I kindly request payment immediately upon purchase. Items are shipped as soon as I receive confirmation from Paypal (usually 1 to 2 business days - shipping time may be longer if it's over a weekend.)
I reserve the right to refuse a transaction.
I ship via Canada Post using the least expensive method possible. I will ship as soon as I have received confirmation of payment from Paypal. I try to ship within 48 hours of receiving an order unless otherwise indicated. This applies to orders received during the week the time frame may be longer if the order is received on a weekend. The Canadian Post Office is not open on weekends. I will contact you directly via Etsy to let you know that your order has been shipped. I make every effort to ensure that your purchase arrives safely and promptly.
International buyers are welcome! If you do not see your country listed, please contact me for estimated shipping costs. PLEASE NOTE: buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.
Canadian orders please permit 7 business days. Please permit at least two weeks for delivery out of Canada. Overseas customers please permit 2-3 weeks.
Please ensure that your address submitted during checkout matches your Paypal address.
Insurance is not automatically included on purchases - but I will work to help resolve any issue involving a lost or damaged package.
If you would like insurance on the package - please let me know and I will send an estimate.
Refunds and Exchanges
Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance and I am always eager to answer any question or concerns. Refunds are considered on an individual basis.
I do my best to describe and photograph our items as accurately as possible. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact me.
Please remember textiles are all handprinted and hand sewn. There are imperfections - that's what makes me love them.
I cannot accept worn or used merchandise for returns. I cannot accept returns on custom orders. I cannot accept returns if I have not been informed within 48 hours of your receipt of the product. I ask that the customer pay for return shipping the product. I will refund the price of the product minus shipping.

I am always happy to discuss CUSTOM ORDERS! Please feel free to convo me with any questions or requests. For instance, as I do at the retailers who carry my work, I am able to take a colour swatch of yours and match the colour on my designs. It's great for matching bedroom or living room colours.
My pieces are one of a kind. I try to photograph each piece individually to ensure you are getting the item in the photograph. Sometimes I will make two pieces that are very similar and only photograph one. Colours in the photographs are done to the best of my ability. If you want to custom match something it would be best to send me a colour sample.
Many of my listed textiles are customizable as far as size, colour and materials go. Please note there is an upcharge for custom work. The amount will be discussed with the buyer directly.
