No Returns on Hair Extensions!

Return Policy♥♥♥ ~~~~ ♥♥♥ Please Read♥♥♥ ~~~~ ♥♥♥ Thank You!♥♥♥
Due to the irreversible nature of the ombre coloring process, I cannot offer any returns or exchanges. However, we can minimize the possibility of a mismatch in a couple ways: you send me as many pictures of your hair in natural lighting that properly display the true color of your hair, and the use of my color chart on the FAQ page, to describe your hair color and/or ombre colors. This will give me all the info I need to match the ombre within a
shade. The nice thing about my ombre product is that even if they're not matched perfectly (say, a half shade or shade off), the extensions will blend with your hair and the difference will be virtually unnoticeable.


Any items shipped out of the country cannot be tracked when they have left the US. No refunds can be given, at all, to anyone ordering outside of the US.

If you threaten me at all I will not respond to your emails and I will not do business with you anymore. This has only happened to me a once, but it was a terrible experience, and im sure the customer did not read her listing, or my polices page-then threaten me with bad feedback and to actually come to my home and hurt me. Needless to say she left bad feedback, saying she never received her hair, when I have the delivery confirmation to prove it was delivered-when that didnt work she said it didnt weigh the 200 grams & the clips were junk- when in fact it was over 200 grams and the clips I use are the same clips we use at the Shop-silicone backed sturdy clips-

Sorry I even had to say that or explain it, but I guess it needs to be said.
