Payment
Items will be shipped by USPS First Class Mail within 2 business days after payment is made in full and any e-checks have cleared. Custom orders may take a few extra days (see additional information below).

-PayPal (you can use PayPal to pay with a credit card; registration is not required)
-Google Checkout (choose "other" for payment and I will send you an invoice)
-Money Order or Cashier's Check
OUTSIDE THE USA (International)
-I accept PayPal ONLY. The customs form will state the accurate value of the items purchased. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for customs delays. Any chargeable import taxes and duties are payable by the customer.
NON-PAYMENT:
Payment by PayPal or Google Checkout is expected immediately after placing the order and payment by money order must be mailed within 3 days. If payment is not received in a timely manner and if you do not respond to my emails, the transaction will be canceled.
Shipping
While not as fragile as glass, polymer clay should be treated "gently." Each item is packed with care to protect it from shipping damage. Individual purchases come in a Kraft jewelry box inside a bubble wrap lined envelope. Larger orders are wrapped in bubble wrap inside a sturdy cardboard box. Recycled materials are used whenever possible.
I will ship your purchase by USPS First Class Mail within 2 business days after payment is received (custom orders may take longer). An upgrade to Priority Shipping and/or insurance is available upon request.
Refunds and Exchanges
Your satisfaction is very important to me! If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact me within 14 days of your purchase. Items returned must be in like-new condition, and refunds do not include shipping costs.

CUSTOM ORDERS: Your custom requests are welcome. Payment is required ahead of time. I will be in touch with you by email to determine details, will send you a photo for your approval when the project is completed, and, upon approval, will ship the same or next business day.
PLEASE NOTE: Because of the time and effort involved, custom orders are not returnable.
