AstrasShadow's Shop Announcement

Vintage and antique jewelry, new handmade jewelry, vintage home decor and housewares, vintage postcards, and other treasures are sold here. WELCOME, and thank you for browsing in Astra’s Shadow. New items will be added periodically, so don’t forget to check back again. If you love old things like I do, you just might find that thing you’ve always wanted. You might even find something you didn’t realize you wanted until you saw it here.

Payment

Presently, Paypal is the only accepted payment, and is due at the time of your purchase. Please click on "Contact Astra’s Shadow" to send me a convo if you have any questions about any item.

Please be aware that shipments originating in Sonoma County, California to California buyers, statewide, are subject to a 8.25% state sales tax.

Shipping

Shipping is via USPS First Class Mail or Parcel Post, as soon as possible, after payment has been received and shipping address has been confirmed personally by the buyer. All items with values of $20.00 and more will be insured while being shipped. If requested, your shipment can be shipped by Priority Mail or Fedex shipping, at additional cost. Please click on "Contact Astra’s Shadow" to send me a convo if you would like a quote on extra shipping charges before finalizing your purchase.

If you would like to know about shipping rates to areas outside of the United States, please convo or email Astra’s Shadow and I will get back to you as soon as possible.

Refunds and Exchanges

Please convo me immediately if you feel that your purchase is not acceptable. Any reasonable requests will be considered, as your satisfaction is important to me. If the item is not what you thought it would be, but is as exactly described and photographed in the listing, the item will have to be returned in unchanged condition to me at your expense. This is the only way that a refund can be issued to the customer in this type of situation.

Regarding lost or damaged items that have been insured, Astra’s Shadow will do everything possible to reimburse your payment as soon as it is available. Please keep all packaging with the item if it has been damaged and take photos of the item and the packaging. This is absolutely necessary in order to get reimbursement from the insurance issuer.
