Payment

We accept PayPal payments and all credit cards through PayPal. Also, we accept Visa, Master Card and Discover without PayPal. You can call 703-503-5942 between 8 AM and 5 PM Eastern to use a credit card without going through PayPal.

We also accept personal checks or USPS money order (US Only). All international orders must be paid through PayPal.

Shipping

All orders ship within 24 to 48 hours of reciept of your payment.

We use USPS Priority Mail within the United States. For orders to Canada and all other locations outside the U.S. we use USPS International Priority Mail.

Refunds and Exchanges

Atlantic Coast Images is a husband and wife operation - Your items are carefully crafted using high quality photographic paper from our original photography. We take pride in our work and produce only top quality merchandise (Cards, Photogrphs, and T Shirts) therefore your Satisfaction is Guaranteed.

If for any reason you are not satisfied, please convo me within 7 days of reciept to arrange for an exchange or full refund of your purchace price. Shipping not refunded.

Additional Policies and FAQs

* GREETING/NOTE CARDS: The cards are printed on high quality 60lb Pecos River Gloss photographic paper. Cards are folded to 5X7 size and a matching envelope is included.

*PHOTO FRAME GREETING CARDS: The cards are actual 4X6 photographs printed on high quality 68lb UltraPro Satin photographic paper. The photograph is "framed" within the card. The high quality cardstock is recycled and acid and ligin-free.

* PHOTOGRAPHS: All photographs are printed on high quality 68lb UltraPro Satin photographic paper.
