B.O.S.S. Girls, Inc. is a non-profit that exists to provide high school aged girls of all ethnicities from underprivileged backgrounds with guidance related to all aspects of professional, social and personal development through the use of an intensive entrepreneurship program in which the girls will build their own small business from the ground up.

Twenty percent (20%) of all proceeds from our products go directly toward our B.O.S.S. Girl Small Business Grant and related programs. Starting out, one outstanding teen girl will be awarded up to $500 towards starting her own small business. Prospective applicants must attend a number of B.O.S.S. Girls, Inc. Entrepreneurship Workshops in which they will develop a business plan. After their business plans are finalized they will make presentations, and board members will select a winner. The grant recipient will be closely supervised, and we will constantly provide updates on their progress. The expected start date for our first workshop is Fall 2013.
