**** Everything is "MADE TO ORDER", so I urge customers to please consider the timing for your hats to be 'made' and 'delivered' on time for holidays / photoshoots / showers / Birthdays etc.

I do mention in ALL of my listing descriptions that they are made to order and that there is a 'production schedule', further linking to this homepage for the most recently updated time frames.

Please note my current production status above to gauge when your hat(s) may be ready to ship when ordering. Please base this time frame on my "production time" above, and "delivery times" which can be accessed via my shop policies page.

*** RUSH ORDERS ***
Rush orders are completed in my free time outside of my working hours and come at a fee of $6 per item. Items to be made in 3+ days before shipping (you will need to contact me to find out the status of this when ordering as it is rapidly changing with Easter approaching). Items in large quantities will require further discussion. Please note that this isn't for faster delivery, just faster production. Rush orders are made in my free time so I can only take on a few per day.


*** TRACKING ***
Standard mail (untracked) is included in all listings.
If trackable mail is required this can also be requested prior to or after ordering ($10USD. This is 'additional' to the standard shipping already paid). This service insures your item and unlike standard shipping, allows you to track progress.

If either a rush order or trackable mail is required please let me know which so I can include it in a customised listing or arrange payments for orders already placed

*** SIZE CHART ***

Please use the measurement as your guide and not the age grouping, as that is an approximation based on charted averages. As crochet hats tend to be more "fitted" than knitted hats I always recommend you buy the next size up if you wish for the hat to last longer than a few months. Hats are made a little bigger than the top end of each size for a more comfortable fit for a baby that would be at the top end of each size.
