::WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEMS?::
•Every Babicakes Couture piece is made-to-order, and will normally take between 3 and 7 days to process and ship (this does not include time in-transit).
•Custom items can take longer, depending on discussions prior to purchase.
•If you need your item quicker, PLEASE message me and let me know or leave a message in the "notes to seller" portion of your check-out form.
::WHY DOES IT SOMETIMES TAKE UP TO 7 DAYS TO MAKE MY ITEM?::
Many factors contribute to turnaround time including in-stock materials and creation time needed. I try to be as honest and realistic with my customers as I can be to assure a wonderful Babicakes experience.
::WHAT ARE YOUR ITEMS MADE OF?::
As tacky as it sounds, the first ingredients are always love and inspiration! The tangible materials include chiffon, feathers, crystals, satin, silks, handmade flowers, silk flowers I've found that I just love and modify to be worn as a hair piece, Swarovski and other crystals, rhinestones, beads, feathers (I try to find cruelty-free feathers WHENEVER possible), tulle, Russian netting, vintage fabrics, velvet ribbons, and on and on!
::HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING AND HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SHIP?::

We accept Paypal, Direct Check Out and Etsy Gift Cards for all orders.
::HOW DO YOU SHIP YOUR ITEMS?::
I ship all of my items via United States Postal Service First Class mail (unless an expedited method is used).
::CAN I GET A TRACKING NUMBER?::
•Customers in the US: Absolutely! If you are located within the United States, your tracking number will normally be sent to you prior to shipment. If not, please message me and I will provide the number.
•International Customers: At this time, our postal service does not provide tracking information for international shipments, however one CAN be purchased for an additional fee. Please message me for details.
::HOW OFTEN DO YOU SHIP?::
I ship 3-4 times per week. As soon as your item is finished, it will be boxed and shipped. Again, the shipping time can take up to 15 days after initial purchase (sometimes longer for custom orders).
::HOW WILL MY ITEM ARRIVE?::
Each item arrives in a corrugated box to ensure no damages during shipping.
::WHAT IF MY ITEM GETS LOST?::
Unless insurance is purchased for an additional fee, I cannot be responsible for packages lost in the mail.
Refunds and Exchanges
::UH-OH, DAMAGED ITEM?::
If your item arrives damaged or with an error, please notify me within 24-hours of receiving item. I will gladly exchange/replace damaged item.
You must contact me within 48 hours of receiving your item for exchange. If you feel your item has been misrepresented, I will exchange your item for another. No cash refunds can be offered. I just want the customer to be happy, so we will work together until we find a resolution!
