All items are made to order with a 14-day turn-around time, then shipped via USPS.

I accept payment through Paypal, and your order will not be started until payment is received. If payment is not received in 10 days, your order will be canceled.

Please make sure that your address with Etsy and Paypal are correct as that is the address I will mail to, if it is not correct and you do not specify a different address I'm not responsible for misdirected mail.

If you see a beanie that you would like to add earflaps/braids to (or take away), please message me and I can create a custom listing representing the cost difference!
