Banbutsu began with myself and a lifelong friend , and it is a perfect blend of our collective creative aspirations. She has since moved on to follow different dreams, but all of our pieces have been designed by us, and are all made by myself in my home studio in Fernwood, Victoria.

I am passionate about creating unique, whimsical and cozy pieces that will be cherished and enjoyed by their owners, and coveted by others!

Our clothes and blankets are made primarily with upcycled / recycled, found and organic textiles, so they are eco-friendly and easy on the earth.
