PAYMENT
All payments are through Paypal (safe and secure, paypal accepts visa and mastercard and probably more...)

SHIPPING

We ship from Canada, using Canada Post's regular ground service - if you'd like something sooner, please let us know prior to placing your order. Or if you'd like a tracking number, we can set up a special order.

We love Canada Post, but keep in mind that from Vancouver, Toronto can take longer than New York City.
We always ship once a week but are often at the post office more than that.

Our prints are shipped in cardboard tubes. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged prints but will do everything in our power to work with Canada Post to make sure your print is replaced in the unlikely event that something happens to it.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
We do not offer refunds or exchanges.
If your print is damaged please get in touch within 2 days of receiving it so we can get a claim started. Once a claim is processed by Canada Post, we will be happy to replace any lost or damaged shipments unless otherwise noted.
