We love custom orders so if you see anything that's not yet just right or want a new unique design just send us a convo.

Please do NOT contact us about orders via e-mail. Majority of the time the messages in our e-mail from customers are going to the spam box and we never even knew you were trying to contact us. There is a message system built into this site that not only doesn't lose your messages but also links us to your order and previous messages and it will alert you via e-mail when we reply. Trust us, your order gets there much faster when we are not having to spend time hunting for messages and trying to figure out which order you are talking about out of the hundreds of other orders.

Please note the build times when ordering. Unless stated in the listing that the item is ready to ship, ALL of our products are made to order.

All advent garland kits are ready to ship, however if you would like to upgrade the advent garland kit to a completed garland please convo us. Completed garlands do take 3-5 days to be ready to ship.
