The many changes taking place with the USPS (rate increases, discontinuance of express delivery and the closing of many offices) is taking quite a toll on those of us who rely on USPS shipping for our businesses.
I am hearing it from customers and sellers all over the country.

I have never encountered such a blunder when it comes to shipping. I receive requests daily asking for information of packages that should have already been received. I am receiving negative feedback because packages are not being received in a timely manner. I understand the frustration as I am completely frustrated because there is nothing I can do to speed things along. I am at the mercy of the USPS.

All I can say is Please, Please Be Patient. I know it's difficult as I am a very impatient person.
