*11.3.2009 update*
I would like to apologize to all of my customers. . .
This has been an unusually difficult cold/flu season for us. Over the last 6 weeks, at least one of my three kids (2,3, and 11) have been sick at all times. Ear infections, stomach viruses, an asthma attack, and now - swine flu. I apologize for all of the convos that have gone unanswered and the delays in shipping that all of this has caused. I take customer service seriously and would not intentionally let things get so backed up. I will do my best to be in touch with everyone affected over the next couple of days and will do anything I can to make things right with each and every customer.
