OUR ORDERS ARE SENT AS REGISTERED MAIL - SIGN REQUIRED, with real price of the goods and shipping on the envelope.

*** Due to COVID-19 beads are currently being shipped once a week - on Friday or Monday. Thank you for understanding! ***

We send our items via air priority mail (we use Czech Post postal service). You should expect to see your delivery within 1-2 weeks (EU and Canada) and 2-4 weeks for other international orders.

*** I currently don't send to Germany (I don't have a LUCID number). Orders from Germany will be cancelled and money sent back.

For our US customers - US post recently had longer delivery times and lot of deliveries are delayed! For some of the packages, online tracking is temporary not updated at all - tracking says " Origin Post is Preparing Shipment" even if the parcels are in USA waiting for scanning for a long time.
PLEASE NOTE that during busy season of year or due to bad weather conditions (Christmas time, Winter), it may take longer to receive your goods.

COVID NOTE: Keep in mind, that your beads will be sent from Prague, central Europe and delivery time cannot be affected by us, we are sellers only. Delivery times can be much longer than usual (twice or tor triple so long sometimes). Many post offices are overloaded during COVID time and international delivery is slowly (USPS especially).

Our items are send from the Czech Republic and we offer you worldwide shipping. Due to Covid-19 some destinations can be temporarily unavailable.
Orders from Latin America (Venezuela, Honduras, Nicaragua, Mexico, Peru, Bolivia, Brazil, Colombia etc) are accepted after agreement between the shop and the customer. You can place smaller orders (up to 40 USD including shipping price) from these countries and they will be sent via post. Bigger orders need to be sent by PPL with extra shipping charge but this agreement must be done explicitly.
