The method of payment accepted by Beautiful Dawn Designs is PayPal. You do not need to have a PayPal account in order to use this service.
Please note that SALES TAX will be added to all orders for premade digital goods placed in Washington State.
Premade digital products will not be sent until your payment has cleared. Please note that e-checks can take 5-7 business days to clear.
Premade digital products will be sent to the email address associated with your Etsy account.
Refunds and Exchanges
Due to the digital nature of our services and products, refunds are not provided under any circumstances. Please read the entire product description and ask any questions you may have before purchasing from Beautiful Dawn Designs.
Additional Policies and FAQs
Please note that unless otherwise stated, premade digital products are not OOAK (one of a kind) and will be re-sold.
♡ COMMUNICATION FOR CUSTOM DESIGNS
All communication will be done via email. If we have not heard from you for 15 consecutive days, your project will be considered abandoned and cancelled without notice. Work on your project will not continue and your payment will not be refunded.
Unless otherwise stated, all premade digital products are sold as is. I will not change or assist with the changing of colors, fonts, html/css, etc.
♡ CONTENT MANAGEMENT FOR PREMADE & CUSTOM DESIGNS
For both premade and custom designs, you are responsible for creating, inputting and arranging your own content. This includes but is not limited to posts, pages, products, navigation links, sidebar content, widgets and plugins.
♡ INSTALLATION AND SUPPORT FOR PREMADE THEMES
If you experience issues while installing your theme, please carefully go through the instructions and make sure you’re not skipping a step or uploading the incorrect file. If you run into any technical issues while installing your design, please contact me and I will be happy to assist you.
All premade templates/themes come with a blank header image. You must use an image editing program to insert your blog title, otherwise, it will not show up. Some themes specify that you must use Adobe Photoshop to edit the header. This is because the header will come in PSD (Photoshop) format.
♡ WORDPRESS THEME FRAMEWORK
All WordPress themes (premade and custom) are built on the Genesis framework. I have provided this framework with your theme, however, if you’d like to receive support for this framework, you must purchase your own copy.
♡ IMAGES FOR BLOGGER TEMPLATES
It’s important that you always have access to the images provided with your template in case those images are somehow deleted (not by us of course). This is highly unlikely, but possible. Beautiful Dawn Designs takes no responsibility for deleted images.
♡ MOBILE RESPONSIVE DESIGN
Unless otherwise stated, premade and custom tthemes have not been built for mobile responsiveness.
♡ DESIGN CREDIT
Our design credit will be placed at the footer of every theme and custom design. You may not remove or alter the design credit.
♡ LOST FILES
After placing your order, you are allowed to download your files up to 3 times. Additionally, your download link will expire 10 days after your purchase. Once you receive your files, you are solely responsible for them. There will be no free replacement of your files under any circumstances.
♡ ILLUSTRATIONS AND STOCK IMAGES FOR CUSTOM DESIGNS
If you would like to use illustrations or stock image in your design, they must be purchased separately.
♡ REVISIONS FOR CUSTOM DESIGNS
After viewing the first draft of your design, you are allowed 3 revision rounds: one for major changes such as graphic re-designs and two for smaller edits such as color and font changes.
Sending multiple emails with one or two small changes at a time is not only time consuming and confusing, but it also goes against your included revisions. For this reason, we ask that you keep your revisions contained to one revision round per email.
Additional major revisions are subject to a fee of $50 per revision. Additional minor revisions are subject to a fee of $15 per revision. Once your design has been installed, it is considered complete. Any further revisions will be subject to a fee of $25 per revision. Full payment must be made prior to the production of additional revisions.
♡ SUPPORT FOR CUSTOM DESIGNS
Each custom blog/website design includes 5 consecutive business days of email support after your design is installed. Support means I will fix any errors with coding or design. Please go through your site to discover any errors you may have and email them to me within these 5 days.
♡ COPYRIGHT & LIABILITY
The client guarantees that any elements of text, graphics, photos, designs, trademarks, or other artwork provided to Beautiful Dawn Designs for inclusion in the project are owned by the client, or that the client has permission from the rightful owner to use each of these elements, and will hold harmless, protect, indemnify and defend Beautiful Dawn Designs from any liability (including attorney’s fees and court costs), including any claim or suit, threatened or actual, arising from the use of such elements furnished by the client.
Unless otherwise stated, all designs are protected under copyright and are property of Beautiful Dawn Designs.
We love to show off our work and share what we have learned with other people, so we also reserve the right to display and link to your project (this includes unused ideas) as part of our portfolio.
We cannot be held liable to you or any third party for the success of your blog. This includes but is not limited to lost profits or the sale of products/services.
By submitting your payment to Beautiful Dawn Designs, you agree to the terms listed above with no exceptions.
