Our etsy shop goes on "vacation" for the summer until fall today (shuts down the morning of May 6th)! Our online store will continue to stock all of our other products (polish, cosmetics, etc.) but we will only be accepting custom polish rack orders over the summer. We recently added a new color option to our website and due to its popularity, have just added it to our etsy store for most of our products! You will now see "light aqua" as a color option for many of our pieces! BUILD TIME
Build time on our racks is roughly 14 days (with the exception of the more complicated ones such as the Swarovski-covered Star-Studded racks which take 14-21 days). We try to get them out as quickly as possible, but we do not want to risk the quality of our products by rushing. Please take this into consideration prior to purchasing ;)

CHOOSING A RACK/SHELF COLOR
Almost all of our listings are for products that come in light aqua, black and white. Please make sure you notate your preference for light aqua, black or white at checkout if the color option doesn't work for you (this happens with some browsers and mobile devices) or go to our website, which allows us to post multiple options under each product (www.beautypopshop.com). Orders that do not come in with a note will go out in our default color (black) if you do not respond to the message we send to you through etsy within 3 days requesting a color choice. I wish we could hold orders longer, but we simply can't as they tend to back up quickly :)
If items arrived damaged, you must immediately email us at contact [!at] beautypopshop.com with a description of the damage as well as images of the damage on the rack and images of the packaging. Do NOT throw out the packaging. If it appears that your rack has been damaged during shipping, we will assist you in submitting a damaged claim on your behalf with the shipper for a refund. They may require you hand over the damaged rack and packaging to them in order to resolve the claim. We do not accept returns and do not replaced racks damaged during shipping due to the dishonesty we've seen in the past when we've offered this option.
