Payment should be made at the time your order is placed. Any transaction which is not completed within 24 hours will be cancelled. At this time the item will be re-listed for sale.

Shipping

All of my jewellery ships in either a small gift box or a plastic grip seal bag/organza bag, as stated in each item description. This will be placed in a padded envelope to ensure protection from damage.

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the address supplied at checkout by Etsy and/or Paypal is the correct current address and is formatted in accordance with the postal regulations of your country. I cannot accept responsibility or refund for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect address information.

UK SHIPPING:-

I ship in the UK using Royal Mail first class post. To keep postage costs to a minimum (for both of us) I do not currently use a tracked/signed for service. Should you require a signed for/tracked service, please contact me prior to ordering.

UK first class post should arrive within one to two working days after posting but delays can occur at busy times, especially to more rural/remote locations. Please contact me if your item has not arrived after five working days (one week) following notification of despatch (not the date of your order).

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:-

During checkout you can choose either International Standard shipping or International Tracked. Both options ship via air mail. International Standard service is not tracked and is therefore cheaper. International Tracked service provides tracking for your package and a signature will be required on delivery. This option is more costly. Please note that International Tracked merely provides tracking for your package and does not guarantee a quicker delivery time or a specific delivery date.

Most international orders arrive within around two weeks. However, please bear in mind that international orders can take up to four weeks for delivery, depending on location and other factors outside of my control (such as busy periods, bad weather, Customs clearance, etc). During very busy times, this can be as long as six weeks so please allow for this time period when ordering. I cannot consider a package to be lost in the post until the six week delivery period has passed (from the date of despatch of your order, not of your order date).

According to the information on Royal Mail’s website, delivery to Europe is within three to five working days and to the rest of the world within five to seven working days of posting. This timescale refers to the time for the package to ARRIVE in the country of destination and not subsequent Customs clearance and onward transmission by local postal services, which can take much longer.

Unfortunately, I cannot guarantee a delivery date. Although Royal Mail will despatch your package to the appropriate country on the first available flight, delivery standards in other countries do vary. Also packages can be held up in Customs in the country of arrival for several days. This is completely beyond my control and please do bear this in mind if you need your item for a specific date.

PLEASE NOTE that each country charges different customs fees, taxes and charges regarding international shipments. Please be aware of such fees before committing to a purchase. Such fees and taxes are not included in my prices and are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:-

If you have any special requirements regarding delivery (i.e. urgent next day, recorded/signed for) then please contact me before placing your order so we can agree a postage price as these options will be more expensive.

STOCK ITEMS:-

Stock items will be shipped within 24 to 48 hours of receiving cleared payment, depending on the time of day your payment is received.

My photographs are taken using the macro (close up) function on my camera. This setting makes items in the pictures appear much bigger than they actually are (so that you can clearly see all the detail of the items you are hoping to purchase). Please refer to the item description for full details of the size/measurements of the item and the quantity included in each listing.

CUSTOM/PERSONALISED ORDERS

Please note that any custom or personalised items are non-refundable unless there is a fault with the item caused by an error or omission on my part.

I will require photographic proof of any such fault and/or return of the item before issuing any refund.

If your custom item requires the use of a person's name, please ensure the correct name spelling is provided at the time of placing your order.

This Privacy Policy describes how and when I collect, use and share information when you purchase an item from me, contact me or otherwise use my services through Etsy.com or its related sites and services.

Information I Collect
To fulfil your order, you must provide me with certain information (which you authorised Etsy to provide to me), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information and the details of the product that you’re ordering. Data Retention
The GDPR (2018) requires me to disclose the period of time during which I will store personal information.
I retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with my services and as described in my Privacy Policy. However, I may also be required to retain this information to comply with my legal and regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes and to enforce my agreements. I generally keep your data for the following time period: 6 years (this is a requirement of Her Majesty’s Revenue & Customs (HMRC) in the UK).
Transfers of Personal Information Outside the EU
GDPR (2018) requires me to disclose whether I transfer personal information outside of the EU and the legal bases I rely upon in order to do so, such as consent and contractual necessity.
The only circumstance in which I would transfer personal information out of the European Union would be for delivery purposes through trustworthy services such as the Royal Mail or UPS or similar postal services.
Any other information will only be held by Etsy itself and for that purpose you should refer to their Privacy Policy.
Your Rights
If you reside in certain territories, including the EU, you have a number of rights in relation to your personal information. While some of these rights apply generally, certain rights apply only in certain limited cases. I describe these rights below:
• Access. You may have the right to access and receive a copy of the personal information I hold about you by contacting me using the contact information below.

Care instructions

My jewellery is not intended for small children or babies.

To keep your costume jewellery at its prettiest, please be sure to remove it before sleeping, bathing, showering or swimming and avoid contact with harsh chemicals/cleaning products, as well as cosmetics, perfumes, lotions, etc.

Your resin jewellery can be cleaned with a wipe of a soft cloth if need be.

Do you charge extra shipping if I order more than one item?

No, I only charge one flat rate shipping charge. Order as many items as you like and only pay the same fee for shipping.

How long will my order take to arrive?

I ship in the UK using Royal Mail first class post.

International orders are shipped via International Tracked shipping and you will receive a tracking number with your order despatch notification from Etsy.

Returns/Refunds

You have the right to return any item within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, including original shipping/postage costs. Please note that the cost of shipping the item back to me remains the responsibility of the buyer in such circumstances (excludes custom/personalised items and earrings for pierced ears, for hygiene reasons).

If your item is faulty or damaged on arrival (or doesn't arrive at all!), please contact me as soon as possible and we'll work out a solution, either a replacement or a refund.

Can I track my order?

I ship in the UK using Royal Mail first class post as standard, which does not include tracking and no signature is required on delivery. If you would like to add tracking/guaranteed delivery, these upgrades are available during checkout for an additional charge.

International orders are shipped via Royal Mail International Tracked Air Mail. Please note that tracking does not mean that your item will be created/despatched quicker, nor does it mean a faster shipping time or a guaranteed delivery date.

How long before my order is ready to ship?

In stock items will usually ship within 1 to 2 working days after receipt of cleared payment, depending on the time of day your order is received.

Custom/personalised order items will ship within 3 working days of receipt of cleared payment.

You will receive an estimated dispatch date at checkout. You will be notified again once your order has actually shipped.

Please allow for international time zones if you are outside the UK.

Except during busy periods, I do not work weekends. If you place your order on a Friday evening or over the weekend, I will not normally begin creating your piece until Monday.

I need my item urgently - can you expedite/rush my order?

My made to order resin items take time to create due to the processes involved in sealing the image and setting it in the resin. It is possible to slightly expedite this depending on the product ordered, but please contact me prior to ordering and I will let you know whether it is possible in your specific case.

Non personalised or non-resin items can be expedited depending on my current workload - please contact me and if I can rush things for you, I will.
