Enjoy browsing my hand-crafted goodies! Please read the following before making your purchase from my shop:
Every item available in my shop is accompanied by pictures and a detailed description. Be sure to read the whole description before making a purchase. This will usually explain the crafting process, shape, size, color, and available options.
Payment
I accept Paypal. This allows you to pay by credit card or *e-check from your bank account. Please complete the payment process within seven days of purchase, or your order may be canceled. Please contact me if you are not able to pay with Paypal for any reason, and we can make other arrangements.
*NOTE: E-checks can take up to seven days to process. As soon as the check clears, I will ship your order.
Shipping
I ship USPS first class mail within the United States and *internationally. Other shipping methods are available if you contact me before making your purchase. I package my handmade jewelry very carefully in foam wrap and bubble shipping envelopes to ensure a safe delivery. I ship every day Mon-Sat, and try my hardest to ship orders within **two business days of receiving payment. I will send an e-mail confirmation when your order ships. Shipping times vary. Contact me for an estimated delivery time to your location.
*NOTE TO INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: I will not mark items as a "gift" on the U.S. customs declaration form. You will be responsible for any additional duties or fees assessed by your country.
**NOTE: If the shipping address on your Etsy order does not match your Paypal address, I will not ship until I confirm the correct address with you. I will contact you through Etsy convo, by e-mail, or both.
Refunds and Exchanges
I proudly stand behind every product that I make. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact me within 30 days to return your item for exchange or a full refund.
