Creating jewelry is my passion. I'm constantly trying new techniques and including new materials into my pieces. I have been creating beaded jewelry for several years and have finally made my way to Etsy to sell these little goodies.

Bei Mondi is italian for "beautiful worlds" which I hope is portrayed in our pieces each having their own unique character and charm. Specializing in handmade “works of art” which contain gemstones, Swarovski crystals or lampworked beads created by various artists. All pieces are made with sterling silver, bronze, copper, or gold filled components. We are constantly researching new fashion trends to create a look that not only is elegant but fresh and stylish as well.

Payment

We process all orders through Paypal which accepts all major credit cards and debit cards. A PayPal account is not needed for this process. Orders placed by PA residents will be charged sales tax at the payment step in Paypal.

Shipping

We ship all of our jewelry via First Class Mail with delivery confirmation service through the United States Post Office.

Refunds and Exchanges

We want our customers to be completely satisfied. If you are not satisfied with an item simply return it within 30 days for an exchange or a refund of the purchase price of the product. All repairs caused by breakage due to normal wear and tear will be at no cost to you. If the return is the result of my error, I will of course refund all shipping charges. If not my error, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs. Please e-mail me and let me know you would like a return. I will ask you to return the item to me using a reliable carrier that offers tracking and insurance.
