Payment

Payments are processed via PayPal -- you can pay with any credit or debit card or echeck and you do not have to have a Paypal account or even open one to pay that way!

Shipping

Now that we in the midst of the busy wedding season - purchases will ship in about 7 to 10 days of receipt of payment with 2 exceptions - beaded edge veils can take 2 to 3 weeks and custom orders, which are shipped according to "time to complete" date. If there is an unexpected delay I will email to let you know!!
******* if you are in a "time crunch" and need a veil RIGHT AWAY please convo to see if immediate shipping is available****

I ship via USPS Priority Mail (estimated 3 - 4 days for the post office to get it to you -- but remember this is estimated and the post office DOES NOT GUARANTEE times in transit for priority mail) with a Delivery confirmation - I do guarantee shipping so if your item is lost in the mail I will ship a replacement - no cost to you - however this applies only if you have the correct shipping info on file - but not to worry I will ship a replacement then too - you will just have to pay the shipping!
If you would like Express shipping I can do that also, please email for the additional cost...

I will ship International - via First Class Mail - insured.
But just a note there is no quarantee of time in transit for first class international mail !

I know that your bridal veil is a very important part of your wedding and again since weddings do have a date required, if your wedding is coming up soon you might want to go with Express Shipping to be sure that you will get your veil on time!!
The cost is a bit more - but worth it! Let me know if you require International Express shipping and I will adjust the lisiting to include it for you!

Refunds and Exchanges

I will happily make an exchange for you if needed and I do offer a money back guarantee on all shop items - the item must be returned within 10 days from the date that you receive it. . There is a 10% restocking fee - and of course no refunds on shipping.
Returns on Special orders will be considered on a per case basis.
