I don’t enjoy writing negative reviews but I feel like I have to report this experience. I accidentally ordered five pairs of the same earrings. When I received my order I immediately contacted the seller and she agreed to exchange four of the pairs for something else. I sent her my new order by message and shipped the four pairs back to her. The tracking shows she received them on 6/21. I have now sent two inquiries about the shipment of the exchange merchandise since I haven’t received it yet. The seller has not responded. I understand that life can get in the way of work at times but all I need at this point is an update. I have never had a bad experience on Etsy before so I feel pretty frustrated and reluctant to buy from the site again. I’m still holding out hope this will be resolved.

I never received the item. I sent a message to the seller for an estimated delivery date and did not receive a response. Do not shop with this seller.

I have not received my order although I was charged for the order and also charged for shipping. I have contacted the shop and never received a response. Terrible customer service and so disappointing especially during this time of year. Shane on you!
