I prefer payment through PayPal and direct payment. Payment is required within 12 hours after purchase. Unpaid orders will be cancelled and relisted after 3 days.

Payment through Bank Transfer is only available on request and within Europe. Please contact me, if you want to use this option.

All prices are final and include the Shipping Cost. VAT is not shown due to the small businesses regulation.

Orders will be shipped within 4-7 business days AFTER payment has been received.
When you purchase more than one item from my shop, you have to pay only once for shipping.

If you ordered a custom piece, your order will be shipped within 5-8 working days - this may vary according to the amount of work.

When you bought more items, please let me know if items are separate gifts; otherwise, all will be packaged together.

Your order will be shipped to the Etsy address specified in your order.

I ship international by PRIORITY MAIL. Please notice: Shipping priority from Austria includes NO TRAKING NUMBER!

Priority mail is the cheapest mailing option in Austria but offers no tracking number.

Please contact me, if you want REGISTERED MAIL SHIPPING with Tracking (this costs 2 Euro extra).
ONLY REGISTERED MAIL PROVIDES TRACKING!

PLEASE NOTE:
Registered mail requires your signature. If you don't sign for or pick it up in time at your local post office, it will be returned to me and a new shipping fee will have to be charged.

Orders over 30 Euro will be automatically shipped by registered mail.

••• CUSTOM FEES / INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING •••
Export to non-EU countries may result custom duties on buyer's account. Any customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. that may be incurred at the time of delivery would be at the discretion of your country's tax regulations. We have no way of calculating how much these fees would be, should they occur, and I'm not responsible for those charges. For any additional information refer to your local customs agency.

Privacy Policy

(1) After making an order via www.BelleAccessoires.etsy.com and thus after conclusion of a purchase contract, Etsy transfers to me (as vendor) your’s (the customer’s) Etsy user name, his full name, billing address, payment information and details regarding the ordered product. I get your personal data as they are stored in the customer’s user account. If you as customer have specified additional information with the order (for example a different delivery address or a phone number), it is also transferred to the vendor.

(2) I as vendor shall process the data referred to in paragraph 1 only for the performance of the contract, your requests, shipping of the merchandise, invoicing and recording payments. For shipping purposes, the vendor may transfer the customer’s name and address to the contracted shipping company.

(3) The data remains stored by me as vendor until all claims arising from the order are fully fulfilled and until the applicable commercial and tax law retention periods have expired.

(4) You as customer may at any time, free of charge, request information from me as vendor about the stored data concerning him. Furthermore, the customer may at any time request the correction of erroneous data.

(7) If the customer uses the services of PayPal for payment, the data protection provisions established by PayPal shall apply to the payment process additionally. In this context, PayPal shall be taking action as the person employed by the customer in the performance of his obligations (Erfüllungsgehilfe), not as a person so employed by the vendor.

(8) You’ll find Social Media Buttons beneath the shop description or within the product descriptions; they can be recognized by the logos of the social media platforms (Facebook: blue "f", Pinterest: red "p", Twitter: blue bird silhouette). These are social media plug-ins of the respective platforms based in the USA. If you as user enter my Etsy shop or a respective product page of my shop, your browser establishes a direct connection with the social media platform servers (Facebook, Pinterest and Twitter). I as vendor have no influence on the amount of data that Facebook, Pinterest or Twitter collect with the help of these plug-ins. You as user can completely prevent the data processing in the context of the social media plug-ins with additional programs for the own browser (for example with the Adblock Plus: https://adblockplus.org/).
