Please note that we work on orders based on event date, and our current average turnaround time is 8 - 10 business days (Monday - Friday) before shipping from the date of purchase. Keep in mind that all items are made to order and custom tailored to your needs.
A Rush fee will be assessed on program, invitation, seating cards & banner orders requiring a shipping date of six (6) business days or less from the date the order is placed. A Rush fee will be assessed on party accessories (favor tags/stickers, cupcake toppers, straw flags, labels) requiring a shipping date of three (3) business days or less from the date the order is placed. Orders requiring a 48 hour or less turnaround time will be charged additional. Expedited shipping may be required as well.
