BeyondStitches' Shop Announcement

Welcome to BeyondStitches!

BeyondStitches stems from my passion for creating accessories for children and adults. I love making funky, playful, colorful and unique items, from fabric flower headbands and hair clips to bib necklaces, wall art and dolls. What drives this passion is the satisfaction of delighting people with my creations. I handcraft all my products using the highest quality materials. Detail and perfection are my goal. I want each product to stand on its own. My philosophy is that each piece I make must be of the best quality; must be durable and possess a sense of modernity, elegance, sophistication and cleanness, not only the style, but also each line, fold and finish. Important to me is for my customers to know that they are purchasing a high quality product--one that will last and make a statement. That's my commitment!

Please read my shop policies below before ordering, as I want your shopping experience to be a positive one.

Payment

I only accept PayPal as a form of payment. If you would like to pay with credit card, you can do it via PayPal.

PayPal accepts all major credit cards and does not require you to have an account with them. Here is a great guide about using PayPal: http://www.etsy.com/help_guide_checkout.php

Payment is expected within three (3) business days of your purchase. If payment is not received within the time, I reserve the right to “re-list” the item. If you pay with check or money order, I will ship your order once your payment has been deposited and cleared.

Shipping

Items are shipped within 48 hours of payment received and cleared.

USA Shipping: I ship all domestic orders via USPS First Class Mail with delivery confirmation. Average delivery schedule is 1-3 business days. If you would like any shipping upgrades please contact me and I will add this to your total before you pay.

Please be aware that I do not include insurance in the posted shipping fees. I do recommend adding insurance, as I cannot be responsible for items once they are turned over to the post office. Insurance is $1.75 for purchases up to $50.00; $2.25 for purchases $50-$100 and $2.75 for purchases $100-$200.

International Shipping: International orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail International. This shipping service does not provide insurance option. Convo me if you would like a different shipping service that would allow you to insure your package as I cannot be responsible for your package once it is turned over to the post office.

***Please note that international orders may have additional Value Added Tax (VAT)/Goods and Services Tax (GST), duties, and/or other fees due. I have no control over these fees and cannot predict if and what you may be charged. These fees are the responsibilities of the buyer and cannot be prepaid. True value will be marked on all customs forms for international order and complete invoices will be included. Average delivery schedule is 6-10 business days. Delivery for international shipping can be delayed for longer periods of time depending on the customs clearance of your country.

Refunds and Exchanges

I take great pride in my work and I hope that my creations will stand up to your expectations, but if for some reason you aren't satisfied with your purchase, please convo me the same day you receive your package so together we can work something out. Customer Satisfaction is my priority, so I'm glad to offer a 7 day guarantee. If, for some reason, you are dissatisfied, items in original condition may be returned for refund or exchange within seven days of receipt. Please, contact with me and send me the item within 7 days (shipping and handling charges at buyers cost). The returned item should be in the neat condition, damage and odor free.

Additional Policies and FAQs

CUSTOM ORDERS: If you see something that has already been sold, or would like something in a different length, width or color, please "convo" me with the details!! I will be more than happy to work with you. I require 50% paid via Paypal. All deposits on custom orders are non-refundable. Please allow two (2) weeks for custom orders to be shipped after order has been placed. Also, there will be no refunds or returns on Custom Orders! If you have any questions or concerns, do not hesitate to convo me!
