✿UPDATE 11/5/09: We regret to announce that we will be removing the majority of Amber's line from this Etsy shop sometime early in the New Year, and once item listings expire, they will not be renewed. This is something we have been seriously considering for some time now, and is a result of not only the continued growth of our business in general, but also several longstanding issues we have had with this site pertaining to seller support & tools, site function & search, as well as the regard in which sellers are held. None of these issues have been addressed or improved since we opened our shop here in the summer of 2006, and we are deeply saddened and angered by this. So, we have been given no choice but to hire a professional to improve Amber's personal site. The redesigned site will become our main "hub", complete with coupons, gift certificates, possibly live chat customer support feature, and more. We'll just be a click away! ✿Not sure of your ring size? You'll find a ring sizer in the "ring" section that ships FREE... Be sure of your ring size PRIOR to purchase, otherwise you may be charged a resize fee!

CURRENT TURNAROUND TIME (TAT): Approx. 2-14 business days before shipping depending upon the item. Some items will take longer than others, such as custom orders, special ordered materials (gold, etc.), filigree, verdigris & wire-wrapped pieces. Feel free to convo Amber if you have any questions about a particular item.

✿SHIPMENT STATUS as of 11/7/09: All orders placed on or before October 31st have been shipped. ***PLEASE BE AWARE that due to a recent spotlight feature by Etsy, and a high order volume across the internet, Amber is busier than ever...she is doing her best to keep everyone up to date about orders, but needs to spend more time in the studio and therefore may not answer convos/emails as quickly as usual. You can check back here for updates as well, & please do check your PayPal shipping confirmation email. If you for some reason didn't get it, contact Amber.
