SHIPPING CHANGES:
We're now shipping ALL orders via Priority Mail--including International orders--and shipping costs have been changed to reflect this. International Priority is somewhat costly, so we will be splitting the charge for this service with you. We're tired of domestic & international packages arriving weeks upon weeks after shipment, and imagine our customers feel the same way. So, here's to swiftly delivered goods in the New Year!

Amber took a much needed break from Dec. 21st to Dec. 28th, and now has a bit of catching up to do! All orders will be filled and shipped in the order in which they were received. Thanks for your understanding!

CURRENT TURNAROUND TIME (TAT): Approx. 2-19 business days before shipping depending upon the item. Due to high demand across the internet, we kindly ask that you please allow extra time for production & delivery. Some items will take longer to produce than others, such as custom orders, special ordered materials (gold, etc.), filigree, verdigris & wire-wrapped pieces. Feel free to convo Amber if you have any questions about a particular item before you purchase.

✿SHIPMENT STATUS as of 12/18/09: All "ready to ship" and holiday gift orders placed on or before DEC. 18th have been shipped to confirmed PayPal addresses (see your shipping confirmation email for details). Keep in mind that if you did not purchase the Priority Mail Upgrade, your order might not reach you in time for Christmas and we will NOT be responsible for delays caused by the USPS, or shipping address confusion. You are expected to keep your PayPal address up to date and confirmed, as that is the address we use for shipments. Many "Made to order" items have NOT been shipped and will not be shipped until sometime after the 28th. In such cases, you should have been notified of this shortly after placing your order, and Amber will be in touch with you with an estimated ship date shortly after she returns from vacation. Many thanks to those who have expressed the willingness to wait a bit. Your support, patience, and understanding is truly appreciated!
