I began baking upon returning home to New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina. There were very few people in the city in those days and everywhere I looked, I saw neighbors needing something to make them smile.
So I baked for them.
Six years later, I own a small bakery business supplying some of New Orleans' best coffee shops and guest houses. I've kept my product catalog and my customer base small so I can maintain the quality and care I did when I began all this.
