Welcome to Birchangel Pinatas! All pinatas are made from recycled newspaper and cardboard. I try to do my best to create a one of a kind pinata for everyone to enjoy!
Payment
Payment: Full payment plus shipping or a deposit of half the price of the pinata is required to start. If a deposit was put down, then when the item is finished, it will be posted to my website for the remaining payment plus shipping.

Payment for a Large Custom Orders: Full amount plus shipping up front.
***RUSH ORDERS - A fee of $20.00 will be charged on All rush orders needed to be made and shipped with in 2-3 weeks.
CUSTOM LISTINGS - I will only leave custom listings up for 3 days. If there is no communication from the customer by that time and listing has not been purchased, it will be taken down.
IDAHO STATE TAX - Idaho residents will be charged 6% sales tax in paypal.
Shipping
Pinatas are made to order, so if you see one you like or have an idea of your own, please contact me and I'll see what I can do. Please try to order 4-6 weeks before your party, so I have time to make and ship your item.
Due to the size, cost of shipping the pinatas and being a very small business, I cannot offer free shipping.
SHIPPING in the U.S. is Fedex or USPS. Please convo. me for shipping outside the U.S. Please send me your zipcode, when inquiring about rates for other types of shipping.
Shipping includes:
Postage
Insurance (optional)
Delivery confirmation
Regular size pinata - $5.00 Handling fee (box, bag, tape, gas)
Large size pinata - $6.50 Handling fee
Super size pinata - $12.50 Handling fee (we usually have to make a box for these, it's not easy and it's not my hubby's favorite job) :O)
Refunds and Exchanges
Returns: If you are really unhappy with your pinata, please notify me within 3 days of receiving it. The pinata must be sent back to me in the same exact condition that I shipped it in. You will receive a refund for only the amount of the pinata, not the shipping. If you choose to return your pinata, it will be up to you to pay for the return shipping.
If you should receive a damaged pinata, please notify me within 3 days of receiving it. You will need to email me pictures of the damaged pinata and the damaged shipping box before the date of the party.

FAQ:
When will I receive my pinata?
I usually ship the pinatas 10-12 days before the date needed, so you should receive it 4-5 days before your party. If I can ship them out earlier I will, but due to the amount of orders I receive, this is usually the standard shipping time. Orders received 3-6 months in advance, ensure that you will receive a pinata, but they will still ship at the same time as regular orders.
Orders are not processed on a first come first serve basis, I go by the date that it is needed.
How come it takes 6 weeks to receive a pinata?
Most pinatas are "made to order", I rarely have them already made, but you are always welcome to check with me. Also, if I have a lot of orders at the time you purchase from me, it may be awhile before I can start yours, so I recommend ordering as early as possible.
When do you leave feedback? I leave feedback right before I ship the item.
Do you ship to other countries? Yes. Priority International - this is the cheapest way to send them.
Do I ship to military addresses? Yes.
How the pull-string pinata works: One string is tied in a knot and will open the trap door, the other strings just slip through. This pinata can be restrung and used again.
How do I close the trap door on a pull string pinata? Push the trap door back into the pinata and it should stay shut. If it will not stay shut, use some scotch tape to hold it shut.
Wholesale inquiries: Due to the time it takes me to make the pinatas, I do not offer wholesale.
